You wouldn't know you were right in the middle of the city at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, because it's a real haven of decadence inhabiting its own little world.
As soon as you walk in, you're immersed in a wall of whiteness, like a subterranean cocoon of peace and tranquility.
You can make use of the steam rooms and lounge before your designated treatment time, so arrive as early as you want, to make use of the other facilities.
The menu is vast and luxurious, from champagne soaks and touch therapy massages, to facials, peels and 'Fire & Ice' full body treatments.
I love their "Red Carpet Ready" package, which lasts nearly 4 indulgent hours! For that I get a Slim Sensation body wrap which really perks up skin and exfoliates me from head to toe, so I feel as light as air.
Then I get the full make-up, manicure and hair styling, so I'm definitely ready for my close-up when they're done.

Another sexy hotel spa, this space has been designed by Philippe Starck, so you know you're going to experience something special the moment you walk in.
It's quite futuristic, like a very sexy dream you might have, so I love getting a massage or treatment here, because I always leave feeling horny and ready for some naughtiness.
There are huge walls of whiteness, flowing white curtains, massive white bathtubs and treatment tables you could really fall asleep on.
Molded hands poke out from the corridor walls, offering bunches of fresh flowers, and your every sense is pricked as the sights, sounds and smells of the spa put you into a heightened sense of awareness.
It's a pretty awesome 5,000 sq ft space with a salon offering savory and sweet treats for your post-massage come-down.
You can also hire cabanas outside by the pool and get your treatments done there - whatever suits you.
There's no glimpse of the busy outside world once you're inside Ciel Spa, so it's easy to just lose yourself and relax for an hour or two.
